The days for these mechanics end with a post ride on the helicopter and that brings an end to their four staged work.

When we talk about the relationship between the pilot and mechanic one can say that both are inter-dependent. They can't move a step ahead without each other's cooperation. Private enterprises are mostly interested in hiring these mechanics. They pay and make them work double of their salaries. And these mechanics are bound to work as they have no other options in this field.
